Haze Certificated For DVD

The BBFC have classified Shinya Tsukamoto's Haze as a certificate 15, with no cuts made. Particularly interesting is the running time listed - 48 minutes and 6 seconds.

This confirms that the extended version is headed our way, not the 20 minute version first screened. I think this is a very good thing.

Perhaps the most claustrophobia-inducing film ever made, Haze will hit UK DVD shelves on the 22nd of May. By my reckoning this makes Blighty the first territory in the world to (legally) have the film out on disc.
