Tideland Updates - One Good, One Bad

The bad news first.

It looks like the UK release of Tideland has been pushed back from June 2nd all the way to July 28th. That's an awfully long time. I don't know if I'll be able to make it without putting a dreadful amount of stress and strain on my family, friends and moral viewpoints regarding the downloading and piracy of feature films.

July 28th is also the day Cars is released in the UK. What a truly incredible double bill - the newest films from the world's two greatest living filmmakers. When July 28th finally gets here, I'll be very, very happy.

Cars is getting it's US release in June. Tideland is getting it's US release when hell freezes over.

So, the good news next.

The Tideland official website, as built by JAM, is one of the five nominated in the "Movie and Film" category of the Webby awards. Congratulations, JAM. Here's hoping it converts into bums-on-seats, somehow.
