According to Brian Henson, there's a difference between Americans and British people.

Apparently, we here in the UK like to get our sick and twisted thrills in a more intellectual manner than our Stateside cousins; they just like to see folk hitting one another.

The Reuters report on Henson m/puppet shows at the Edinburgh Festival also mentions that, after the fest, they are planning a number of other adults-only projects. Interesting.
