Five Graves To Cairo Coming To DVD

Previously available on VHS only in the US and Canada, Billy Wilder's wonderful, wonderful Five Graves to Cairo has been passed PG by the BBFC, clearly in order for a DVD release. Universal submitted the film to the BBFC, but have yet to announce any details of the upcoming disc, so consider this a little scoop. Very little, maybe.

No bonus materials have been passed by the BBFC (yet), so it's entirely possible - if not likely - that there won't be any. But anything is better than old tapes from BBC2, for sure.

Five Graves is a wonderful example of what those Indiana Jones movies could have been like if somebody of Billy Wilder's calibre had directed.
