The Toronto Sun Annoy Me

The Tideland review from the Toronto Sun fails the movie as, essentially, Gilliam hasn't made the viewing of junkies entertaining for the reviewer. What a disgusting notion - "Don't show me junkies unless you make them amusing for me". What sort of world is this person living in?

A gross, disgusting comment - and in a review that calls this wonderful film "putrid", no less.
