Ten Year Old Film Director In Lawsuit Shock

Ah, I remember when I was ten years old. Spending my pocket money on The Garbage Pail Kids, getting bullied, and playing on my brand new 48k Spectrum.

[EDIT: Spangles, ladies and gentlemen... Spangles]

This particular 10 year old wants creative control over a short film he's directed, and to get what he wants he's headed to court.

Dominic Scott Kay, the voice of Wilbur the pig in Charlotte's Web, claims in a lawsuit that he came up with the story for Saving Angelo starring actor (and close friend) Kevin Bacon.

Kay based his film on an incident from his own life involving a dog left for dead on the side of the road and finding a home for it in a local firehouse.

To be honest I'm still amazed ten year olds are making films at all.

[EDIT: I'd be amazed too if these ten year olds' films were even the tiniest bit good]
