According to a statement they shared with Aint it Cool, the people at Chuck Palahniuk dot Net have just spoke to the author and can confirm a film adapation of Choke will go before cameras this June.

Sam Rockwell is to star, with either Glenn Close, Julianne Moore or Annette Bening in the lead female part. Julianne, please.

If you're a fan of Chuck's, you're probably very excited. Personally, Rockwell and Moore are much more interesting to me - and the director, Clark Gregg, was a co-writer of What Lies Beneath, which I loved...

So Chuck comes pretty low in the list for me, personally.
