Filmjerk are reporting that Andy Fickman will direct the Fame remake. He was previously guilty of She's the Man and had a housewife-hooker flick to star Jennifer Love Hewitt in the pipeline.

Crushes my previous specualtions, anyway. I was expecting Tommy O'Haver to get this gig, if I remember correctly.
