God Told Him To

Putting together two seperate stories at ShockTilYouDrop, it looks like James Gunn is writing and directing a remake of Larry Cohen's God Told Me To. I'm hopeful, but I doubt it will dislodge the original in my affections. Maybe Andy Kaufman will come out of hiding to cameo.

Cohen also mentioned that Black Caesar will be getting a do-over too. Same story - hopeful but doubtful.
