Imitation Batman
As I understand it, Anthony Michael Hall's role in The Dark Knight is of a Batman wannabe. I'm waiting for confirmation.

Well, there's plenty of other vigilantes who've used Gotham as a base over the years.
From Comic Book Resources:
"Actor Anthony Michael Hall told the LA Daily News that he had a small role in the sequel, but his lips were sealed about what character that was. "I signed a confidentiality agreement, and I can't say which part I'm playing because it affects the story," says Hall. "I can't give away the suspense -- it's a $200 million surprise, and I don't want to be the guy to ruin it ... It's really a great role. I'm in throughout the whole movie, and I'm really looking forward to working with Christian and Morgan and all these real Hollywood heavy hitters."
The production is all over the place, as was reported by a scooper at Superhero Hype, who wrote, "I was just in London today and was walking down a place called Cleveland Row, near Pall Mall. I noticed loads of film trucks so went to take a look. A sign was up saying they were filming for 'RFK' which i knew was the name the new batman film is using. All round that area are private clubs. I asked the guard if they were filming 'Batman' but he just grinned, wouldn't say if any principal actors were there. Did see the costume van which was full of normal looking suits." "
the codename RFK sounds like an oblique reference to Harvey Dent - district attorney, good-looking, politically ambitious, meets a grizzly end.
I don't know if there's a real link between JFK and RFK as it's just an abbreviation for Rory's First Kiss...
But we'll see.
rory's first kiss. just a fake name.
Shouldn't you say you "guess" rather than "as you understand it" as there isn't one single indication based in fact that Anthony Michael Hall is playing a character from one of the audition sides? We still don't know what's in the other 95% of the script...
The audition sides aren't my source here. If they were, I'd have gone straight back to them and run some relevant excerpts.
The source is somebody I discussed the sides with. At length.
Someone seems to be of your same opinion:

It might have been the Vigilante or Rossi.
