Brian Bertino talks a good game and the stills and posters have been very convincing... which makes it all the more of a shame that the trailer for The Strangers doesn't show us much of what might make this one very special. I'm expecting a Shyamalan-esque slasher film, this just says largely indifferent (though very well lit) slasher film.
