Zach Braff Out Of Fletch

Scrubs' creator, Bill Lawrence, is writing and directing a new Fletch film. Until now, it was supposed Zach Braff would star, but he has instead opted to direct his own remake at the same time - of Susanne Bier's Open Hearts.

So, Lawrence has told TV Guide that he's currently casting for a new Fletch in New York city. Ladies and gentlemen, place your bets. I'll put at least one chip on Joseph Gordon Levitt, maybe another on Jason Schwartzman.
