Direct Download Link For The And When Did You Last See Your Father Trailer

Anand Tucker's film of Blake Morrison's biographical book has Colin Firth, Jim Broadbent, Gina McKee and Claire Skinner, all of whom are definitely alright by me - particularly Broadbent, who is virtually a thespian Elvis in my reckoning.

Download the trailer now and see how well they acquit themselves.

Terabithia Director To Direct Independent Fantasy

The next film from Gabor Csupo is to be a UK-Hungarian co-production, The Moon Princess. The screenplay has been adapted from Elizabeth Goudge's novel, The Little White Horse.

Colin Firth is the only cast member named so far, as the Uncle of the story's heroine. The plot will find her entering a magical world - as per Terabithia, after a fashion - and banishing an evil curse.

The budget is pegged at only 25 million. Innovation will need to run high if this is to look as lush as kids are coming to expect.

Casting is already afoot, both in the UK, and Australia/New Zealand.

Uma Thurman Has Broken Her Wrist

Two Kill Bills down and nary a scratch, then Uma Thurman incurs a broken wrist on the set of The Accidental Husband? Hardly seems fair, does it?

Production of the movie has gone on hold for a week - and at a convenient time of year too - while Uma heals at home. I'm sure it won't turn out that her co-stars Colin Firth or Isabella Rossellini tripped her up just to get a few more days off at Christmas... will it?
