Blade Runner: The Work Print

Davis DVD have a new look at the Work Print version of Blade Runner, including some rather dubiously shot images from the screen.

Ridley Scott's actual, genuine director's cut - not the halfway there version known for almost fifteen years now - has reportedly been waiting, finished for DVD release for over a year now, while legal wrangles hold up any chance we have of seeing it. If the Warner Bros. lawyers are to be believed, everything should be tidied up and set for a multi-disc, mult-cut special edition box in 2007, Blade Runner's 25th anniversary.

For yet another version of the Blade Runner plotline, check out the comic book adaptation. It includes elements of the shooting script that were apparently never even filmed.
