Snakes On A Plane 2?

So this just another one of these leads I get e-mailed from time to time. Some obviously aren't trust worthy at all while others seem to come from sources I can buy until a little.

And this one, I think I can buy into a lot.

Okay. Snakes on a Plane 2. Will it happen? Not quite, apparently. We can't expect a second batch of snakes on a second plane no matter how successful the first film proves.

Nope. I'm being told that the most discussed - though as yet utterly undeveloped - sequel idea doesn't involve slithering or hissing, but instead scuttling, creeping and crawling. Think poisonous spiders, think scorpions, think bugs as big as a fist.

I don't care, really, as long as they can get a star like Sam Jackson (Bruce Campbell?) and a director some notches up from David R. Ellis.
