Hobbit Rumours

Until I can get confirmation or denial, take each of the following Hobbit rumours in the spirit they're intended...

Firstly, both Ian McKellen and Ian Holm are in negotiations to reprise their roles with McKellen closer to inking a deal. Secondly, a new director is also in negotiations. In fact, there's more than one - but the one I've heard being named is Jean-Pierre Jeunet.

As I said, just rumbles in the rumour jungle right now, but they do seem to come from good, solid sources... we shall see.

Personally, I'd like to see Terry Gilliam given the reigns. But then you knew I'd say that.
