John Sayles Takes On The Broken Distribution System

John Sayles' Honeydripper has wrapped. Now it has to be distributed - and Sayles and the film's producer want our help.

I agree that film distribution most commonly takes place down tangled, corrupted channels that denies the actual filmmakers any returns while investment bodies and corporations get fat. Can Honeydrippers change this, or will it just be another Bubble? Well, it could be - should be - another step in the right direction.
