Danny Boyle's 28 Days Retread

Popular online retailer Play are calling the new special edition of 28 Days Later a Director's Cut in the URL for its page on their site. They seem to know something the rest of us didn't.

I might contend that 28 Days Later is the most overrated Zombie film in the history of Zombie films. A new cut is massively unlikely to change matters one jot.

These are stills I've just received from 28 Weeks Later, Juan Carlos Fresnadillo's sequel to Danny Boyle's logic-challenged zombie movie, 28 Days Later. If you ask me, the top two look like a shot sequence from an over enthusiastic paintballing commercial.
