Bad, Bad Lady Vengeance DVD News

Tartan are pushing a DVD double dip on fans of Sympathy for Lady Vengeance. Their initial R2 release is a single disc edition (therefore missing one cut of the film, presumably the superior "fade to black and white" version) with the only special feature being an "exclusive interview" with Chan Wook Park. This interview could be any length, but don't hope for too much.

It'd be very naive to think they aren't going to roll out a more expansive edition at some point in the future - probably after getting this far along in the release pattern over in the US.

Wait for the inevitable second variety, or better still, just go straight for the Korean release in the meantime. I chose the latter option and wasn't disappointed.
