One Lone Share In Pixar

Here's a silly thing to hang on a wall: a single Pixar Share Certificate. It's worth next to nothing, it will set you back a lot, but there's plenty of you out there who'd want such a thing. Perhaps it would remind you, as the website selling it does that "Steve Jobs started Pixar after he was fired from Apple, he is now CEO of BOTH COMPANIES! Never give up and you always prevail."

While we're on the subject, note that Pixar's 4th Quarter profit has been announced - and it's down by 44% on last year. Sound dreadful? Well, the year before, remember, The Incredibles was raking in ticket sales but this time around, there was no new film. This was a great showing, on those terms, beating Wall Street's estimates, and upon the figure's announcement, Pixar stock prices rose by 22 cents to a very healthy $54.03.

More Pixar news later, of course, as the full Cars trailer is going live today.
