More Windows For U2

A second promo for Windows in the Skies has been unveiled, this time directed by Jonas Odell. It comes from a much less inspired treatment than the Gary Koepke clip (think a pop-up book of The Beatle's Free as a Bird crossed with a black and white take on Gondry's Like a Rolling Stone) but it probably fits the lyrical content better and certainly has it's own appeal, especially for longtime U2 fans. Overall, this new video is a much less challenging watch than the last - for better and for worse.

I'm not a longtime U2 fan, for the record. Or even a short time one.
