A Captain Marvel In Contention?
Brandon Molale certainly seems to think he's got a shot at the lead (or half of the lead) in Shazam. In an interview with E! he confirms that he's spoken to the producers about the film - originally as much as a year ago. Sounds like a contender to me - and a far better choice than that Rock fellow.

I always figured the Rock would be going for the role of Black Adam, which i think he could pull off perfectly...seeing as one of his previous wrestling character traits was a smugness and a huge ego...Perfect!
He's even got the bloody eyebrows...holy.
